Before you begin, you'll need:

You must be a Nassau County resident in our service area
You must provide proof of your current address as the registering parent or guardian — a government-issued ID or a recent piece of mail showing your name and address.
Each household can register up to 6 children under the age of 18.
Each child must provide one document verifying their name and current address — birth certificate, Medicaid/insurance card, school report card or enrollment letter, immunization record, WIC/SNAP letter, daycare enrollment letter, foster placement letter, or a recent piece of mail with their name and current address.

All applications are due by October 31, 2026.
